[3.25] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything
I am also playing this build for the first time. I am still in the campaign and it feels great.
Is there anything to cyclone/CwC beside being comfortable? I rather feel selfcasting icestorm. Are there any useful support gems like cold pen to further increase damage then? Or do I miss something really important from cyclone/CwC and it is required? Thanks for the build. |

" Cyclone is for comfort. Once you get going faster and in maps, you'll need it for the build to feel good, as self-cast has little mobility. During campaign, where you don't kill every mob, self-cast is fine and more damage. I use it myself. |
Cyclone will feel much better with the blight boots.

Hello! this has been my favourite build, I just killed maven and the uber elder myself, I have to try sirus again as I tried him 2 season ago. Thank you very much and for all the help!

how hard is the ubers, for example uber eater and uber uber elder? i'm not sure how to calculate dps
" DPS of max storms is average hit * 23. Since you're hitting 2-3 storms on moving targets, Average hit * 8-12 seems to be reliable enough. 120-150k average hit is confortable against pinnacles. Same for Ubers, though you have to use the 70% damage reduction option, which means 500k+ average hit against regular pinnacles. |
I forgot how comfortable and powerful this build is. I tried several others in the last few leagues, but I'm back now. I can smell great time ahead. Thank you guys for keeping it alive and up to date.
Shavronne wrapped Kaom's waist,
with her gilded purple boots. "You want my sockets?" |

"oh i see thanks, do i go off average hit in the pob instead of tooltip? |
I just done the pob with the amount of charges I have etc, against a pinnacle boss, it has average hit as 199563, does that sound right? and then times the number you mentioned will be my dps?

Never use the in-game tooltip for anything. It's almost always wrong.
