For those experienced running this build, how much would you roughly estimate the cost will be for a strong end game version? 40-50 div?

Also for the end game helmet, are there any helmet enchants we should look for? The end game POB does not use an enchant on the helmet. Getting one of the 50% aura reduced mana enchants would help the build not need an Enlighten 4, which helps with initial cost.

But if we can afford an Enlighten 4 eventually, what are some good choices?

Would Frost Blink reduced cool down, when paired with the boots, give us more mobility when mapping or are a good roll on the boots enough to use Frost Blink plenty?

I am not a crafter but the guide provides such nice explanation, I want to try for the first time.

I am doing an experiment with the helmet as my first try as that seems the most simple to me.

I know the accuracy is useless, but in general does everything else appear in order before I use the Hunters Exalt Orb on this to get the %Int guarantied? Note the iLevel is 79.

There is no other enchant that is really worth the hassle. I've checked in other leagues and there's nothing really useful. Honestly, I'd probably still go for the reservation enchants for extra mana pool, even with Enlighten 4. That's the best use. The guide doesn't use any beause they're usually pricey for little gain.

Everything seems fine to me. Correct Ilvl (confirmed with Craft of Exile), prefixes full guarantee a suffix, you should get %int with the exalt.

Im starting the league pretty late, how does this build fare in tournaments?
I have cobbled together the following (I guess mostly budget) gear. I tried to get decent rolls where I could. I am holding back on the clusters until I am ready for them in case I need to fix resists or attributes.

I was able to get a helmet enchant, which I think will allow me to use an Enlighten 3 for the time being (I have the enlighten 3 in my current build that I will borrow, along with an awakened unbound elements that I will carry over when the time comes). I will be anointing with Tranquility and Whispers of Doom.

If anyone sees any obvious mistakes please let me know:

Hi! Thinking of swapping to this build. Looking for something that can tackle 40/40 this league. The obstacle is Sanctum and ToTA challenges. Is there an effective way to gem swap totems into this build for those 2 mechanics?
Any tattoos that we should look for?
