15% int belts are mega cheap like 10c or so, use 4 intrinsic catalysts on it (1c per) and one deafening essence of spite on it (1c) and you have an 18%, 65 int belt with possible ES and resists.

Normally i play replica alberons str stack , i make one every league since 3.13

Im kinda burned and want to try kelvs build and go int stack

Any advice how to lvl in case cant get the staff early ( im on console )

I am pretty sure you can lvl thur acts just fine with eye of winter and vortex

Seconded for Vortex/Eye of Winter. I posted the links I used a couple of pages back. It works well, even into white maps.

Just bought a synth belt for 80c wow, used a few int essences and this was the result:

guys, since we dont need charisma anymore, i was thinking about anoinement

i saw several pages below that we can anoint whispers of doom to save skills points
but do you think it's the best option ?

if no or not sure, can you help me with that with some ideas ? i have no clue
if yes, what to put in the tree with those 3 points ?

I use tranquility+a random 30 int node now.
I already see a better use for *any* +20 int + max mana/es +manaregen node over the +30 int, but some of those require more expensive vials.

Honestly, whispers of doom is a very good option imho because we literally do not need any of the other 3 nodes. So a whispers of doom anoint is comparable to saving 2 or 3 nodes that takes travelling there, which easily pays for any of the alternative options.

Steelwood Stance is a good defensive option (block chance + armour) and Mystic Talent is a good damage option (int + spell damage). It might be a good idea to look up crit notables in PoB with your build if you're going for offense.
