You use whatever the GGG PoB version is to import builds that other players have created. Just like how it is now with PoB, but it would be tied with GGG's passive tree/tool. Its a spleen that developed sentience, give it some slack. Its even aware that there might be issues with its mental health, how many humans are that self aware? Ill admit though, knowing my organs may one day turn separatist makes me look at unhealthy habits in a new light.
