Performance getting worse sometimes (CPU latency)

Hello!
I have encountered a performance issue that makes my CPU latency (F1 graph) go crazy and the game feels laggy so much. Have not noticed what causes it but going out and back into the map fixes it but the worst outcome can be that it starts on a boss fight or smth (I got it once while fighting elder guardian). Playing on minimal graphic using Vulcan. Well DX12 is too laggy for me. Same was with DX11 last league but I did not test it

Up im having exactly the same problem
I use vulkan My cpu new amd 5800x3d Gpu amd 6800xt nitro + 1 moment i have 400 fps with barely Any cpu use.. Then moment later im lagginh as hell with cpu graph maxed amd it only fix when i change era.. Like use portal and return. Very annoying pls look into it can happen in ho aswell. I have same issue.
Sometimes, then I stay in HO for like 10-20 mins, cpu latency goes crazy. To fix it I need to switch location video https://youtu.be/MzIR9Z3aOwE I use vulcan, dx11-12 are laggy for me cpu ryzen 5 2600x gpu rx 6600 | |

Not sure if it will help you but here's something i use when i disable vsync.
1. Use an fps limiter (else you can get big variations and stutters). 2. I found that the game fps limiter is not smooth for my pc (ryzen 2600, GTX 1080, 1440p). -> So i use NVidia fps limiter or rivatuner fps limiter (with or without the game fps limiter. " hey thanks but no, this is a complete ither issue.. this happen with or without limiting and just sometimes it basically bug with how the game uses CPU in vulkan sometimes the CPU in graph go from 10% to 100% and get stuck at 100% |
