There are two categories for a reason..

To be fair, they did allow skin transfers in the natural category and you can only get them by paying. But still, I don't think that gives anyone participating in that category an advantage since it is just a screenshot to enter. People can just wear the piece without skin transferring if they want to achieve a specific look, lol.

All the pics should include the MTX and items used....

Unless I'm mistaken, I'm pretty sure their set is the Vaal Orb Body Armour, Pandemonium Helmet, Annihilator Gloves, Soulkeeper Vizier Boots, Incinerator Weapon and Wyrmlord Wings.
