fullscreen resolution

I have the same problem. This worked correctly in 3.17 but now its broken.

exact same problem here cant play 1920X1080 native resolution on FHD

I noticed as i upgraded my graphics card that i have same problem you guys have, but only if im on hdmi cable. Went back to dvi cable and fullscreen works 1080p again.

hello, for the past 1-2 years or so i have tried everything. Nvidia settings, windows settings, display properties on the game's launcher, cable setups. I have up to date graphics driver and windows 11 everytime.

NONE of them worked, the resolution always switched back from native 1920x1080 resolution.

The only solution that worked for me now is the following cable setup:
( WARNING: you may need cable adapter for this, depending on the ports on your graphics card )

Graphics card | Monitor
---------------------------
DVI------------|--VGA

Dual monitor setup also works: other monitor can be connected with anything.


Setups that does not work FOR ME:

Graphics card | Monitor
---------------------------
HDMI----------|--HDMI
DVI------------|--HDMI

Only one monitor with hdmi and dvi setup also does NOT work.

anything else is untested regarding ports and cables. Hope this is helps for someone.

I have the same problem man 2024 .....

same problem unfortunatelly, tried everything from changing resolutions back and forward up to reinstall driver and game...nothing

Right click on icon ->run as minimised also?

I tried that too, the highest resolution I get is 1280x
I even tried to disable changing resolution by 3rd party to keep it 1920x in graphics driver but PoE is like "eeeh, I can" and lowers it anyway or it will keep 1920x and will run 1280x with black bars on both sides of (depends on other configuration/compatibility changes)

edit: when I somehow manage to run it 1920x (while editing .ini file in docs) when I alt tab it changes back to 1280x
