-Chilled Effect + Temporal Chains (Stacking both)

i remember fighting u... in almost every character i have in merci
first was my cyclone which u started qqing and gonna get nerfed next patch (it actually got buffed) then i started using flicker strike spam(i have 5) qnd u started qqing about that too
i also fought u with another char with arc mines, which was pretty weak and u kept qqing why it one shots u and i just ignored, might as well tell u now...arc chains twice, hitting u for a total of 10 hits cus u always have a weak ass firestorm/arctic breath totem up
my only advice for u is to stop using unviable skills (incinerate, single totem firestorm/arctic breath) or just reroll to a build that focuses on a skill u "think" are op, because trying to pvp with fire spells is pretty much pointless (besides RF which wont work for a witch without kaoms/regen or shavronns/low life, or molten shell which requires you to be tanky, but ur char dies to 2-5 flickers depending on my crits)
