Controller on PC - how to bind LT+RT menu?

This is pretty sad on the part of PoE. I have a minion/totem build, and I would love to allocate all my auras to one of the quads while positioning my skills and Vaals to the others. Right now I'm forced to pick and choose my battles to just the 12 I have now. A miracle I made it to t3 maps on this simplified mapping. I refuse to use keyboard because I love my wrists and hate tunnel carpal.

C'mon GGG, this is a slap to the face of controller users.

Please improve controller usage, so please do no get physical complaints from using mouse + keyboard, thank you.

Looking doubtful we're getting any controller improvements.
JoyToKey is the only real work around I've heard of.
A program that disguises controller input as M&K.
Planning on pairing it with my floor pedal for modifiers.

Some better controller support would help, my wife just started playing and prefers to use the controller, but it's not very well thought out, need to be able to bind more buttons.

I have a suggestion to free up a toggle for a completely new set of 3x4 skill slots. Right Trigger + Right Stick switches between gear sets and gives its own set of 3x4 skill slots.

Left Trigger + Right Stick could offer a switch to a new set of pages for the same gear set. You could even add another set of 3 behind LT + LS.
