The Celestial Tempest Shield Effect changes the standard Tempest Shield effects to shoot arcs of celestial lightning, perfect to go with any celestial themed Microtransactions such as the Celestial Necrolord Armour Set, Nightfall Wings and Nightfall Weapon Skin! Check them out together below!
