Is it normal?
My POB is at version 2.13 and it says im up to date. Do i have the poe 3.17 skill tree? Last bumped on Feb 5, 2022, 12:48:38 AM

Don't think it's up yet. At least I don't see the new Precise Technique. Got 2.13.0.
Did you try turning it off and on again?

Something is wrong. I hope those guys are ok.
It's never been this late. No one even posted anything on Reddit so far. They usually do it partially, gems, tree, items. Now nothing. Really weird. For Atlas tree you don't need PoB. |

" they need the data from GGG to do the update. GGG hasn't provided it, likely cause the changes aren't significant enough to need it, the few things being changed you can do in custom config or rough calculate in your head to get close enough for planning now. once the torrent file is out(probably some time today) we should start seeing updates to poedb and POB. |

don't worry it probably bne up in time for tomorrow.
besides doubt much will chance tree wise anyways. so use the "old" tree until it's ready. or you know update it your self? things u need is released already i think so yeah either u wait or take action urself. "Now all that's left is for you getting on your knees."

Open PoB, click Options, check Opt-in to weekly beta test builds, check for update, enjoy the new 3.17 passive tree.

The new tree is not an issue.
The big changes to gems and buffs / nerfs is the issue. IMHO, GGG should finally make this an Official App. It's about time! "Wealth in a game is measured by the amount of fun, joy and entertainment you can get out of it".
