3.23 EXPLOSIVE ARROW BALLISTA ELEMENTALIST - League-Start to End-Game. Easy mode.

So, at level 91, for the first time, I am running into some serious headwinds with this build and am having trouble progressing. For some reason, I seem to be having trouble on maps I breezed through not that long ago. The build follows the guide pretty closely, so I don't know if that's the issue.

For some reason, my mobility is compromised and I seem very squishy.

Is there something in my gear that needs addressing? I know it's not the best, but it's not bad (I don't think). The only changes I've made recently is to use eldritch orbs on some items, but that wouldn't make things worse, as far as I know.

Any advice on gear?

My damage reduction is 58%. Dodge 74%. Maxed resistance. 99% spell suppression. 3200 life. I don't know what's changed, but suddenly I keep getting stuck, unable to move or flame dash, and then die. Even where I can get away, I'm reliant on life flasks to survive. It's strange, how suddenly I'm having such a different experience with the build.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

The guide here is somewhat old and outdated.. it doesnt really explain much.

Yes, I've been following that. Like I said, I know there are things I can / need to improve. I just don't know what changed one level to the next.

Just looking at your gear it looks pretty early mapping gear.. maybe max you can comfortably do with it is tier 12?

Only piece you would use for end game from what you have is the Polaric devastation, rest is early mid game..

His gear is ok.

I was using a quill rain up to t15 maps.

It is a bit dependant on how he rolls his maps and how he runs them.

+ he has no ailment mitigation or immunity.
This can be devastating.

Thanks to the OP for the build, and also to everybody answering questions and showing their stuff. It helps me get where I am know.

I'm pretty advanced into the build, I think.

PoB says I have 34M total DPS (with Burning ground from Flame surge)

I have done all boss including Maven without too much difficulty and I'd like to try uber boss, but I tried Uber Exarch yesterday and he spanked me pretty hard :o

I know I can change several things in the build to get more dps (awakeneed gems, double malevoyance watcher's eye, get a bit more attack speed, enlighten 4, changing my 10c jewel, etc)

But before that I'd like to ask you a few questions :
Why when I put Unnatural instinct or Double Malevoyence WE in my PoB DPS don't get up ?
Even if I set number of fuse to 20, ignoring my AS problem.

Reading the mods it seems pretty strong but in PoB it seems really weak.

I don't get it

Also I don't have the money for Blizzard's crown + Enlighten 4 now, so I run normal helmet with 7 Mana reservation efficiency implicit from eater.
Is having +X lightning dmg to attck on glove the same as the implicit from blizzard's crown regarding elemental equilibrium ?
