I'm not worried about clearing, the bossing is what's really concerning to me. I've killed Elder/Shaper/Sirus/younameit god knows how many times in god knows how many different builds, a 2-3 minutes fight is REALLY bizarre to me so I was trying to figure out if it was the corpse life or if the weapon has THAT much of an impact on the corpse explosion DD. I'm trying to configure pob tester atm, failed a couple years back but we try again!
Edit:

Ok, got it working. There's ONE wand for sale for 10 ex that would give me a 7% dps increase. There has to be something I'm doing wrong, 7% is not gonna change a 3 minutes elder to a 40 seconds elder.

Took a look at your character.
Adjusted corpse life to your actual values (level 92 corpse) = 307735 puts you at 4.3m ignite DPS on VDD and 2.9m on regular DD. You can boost this by about 30% but getting to level 95 corpses (397552 life). Empower 4, level 21 gem, and a +1 phys(or all) weapon.

Now that still only brings you up to 5.6m

All the suppression you have is taking away damage from gear and 4 points on the tree.

2 medium cluster jewels with Flow of Life and Wasting Affliction alone brings this from 5.6m to 7.2m. 4 points can come from the suppression wheel. I also don't think you need Kitava jewel. Better to have the jewel socket.
Rare jewels can also get you a lot of damage as well, which you have 3 slots for if you remove your current ones and replace with better jewels. IE: 2x damage mods and life.
Can also drop the intuitive leap AND the 2 points of jewel socket for 3 points and put them into Vampirism for 20% recoup and a bunch of LGOK. Just a better use of your points. Oh and frees another jewel socket! :D
Can swap the recover on ignite mastery for Cover in Ash because you SHOULD let something wail on you for a while. OR you can get the new ring. Anyways, with these additions you're up to 10m DPS.
LETS TALK GEAR:
Boots:
Faster ignite implicit. Easy to roll for up 7% from grand ichors.
Gloves can roll Fire DoT multi -> 13% off of Grand Embers

WEAPON!!!
Easiest thing to do:
Buy a +1 Phys Fractured weapon. Alt/aug until you get T1 DoT Multi
Imprint, regal, annul the bad mod. Repeat as needed.
Multimod for Fire DOT Multi and Fire damage%.
This is basically 2ex for the multimod plus costs of base+alts+imprints. Maybe 7-8ex unless unlucky if I had to guess. This is 20% more damage that what you have now because of the extra unearth level.
This weapon isn't even the ideal weapon. You can go for MUCH stronger with a Synthesis 20% faster ignite base.

Anyways, this is level 95 with the above changes:
https://pastebin.com/PKcNABkh
That will get you to about 12.3m ignite DPS on VDD
4.3m now
12.3m later

Hope this is helpful.

Edit: All of this can be done incrementally as well. The biggest boosts will be the weapon and cluster jewels. Then Empower 4. Then rare Jewels. Then 21 Unearth (thinking cost effectiveness in this case).

Cluster jewels are flexible.
Wasting Affliction is the highest damage
Flow of Life has life+damage
plenty of other good nodes as well.

I also rearranged the tree a little to save points. You may need to get dex somewhere. +dex on clusters is reasonable to get the 8 dex that is missing.

I'd hug you if I could. Imma get on that, thank you so much gryph!
I was afraid of losing my tank but you left that alone and boosted my dps considerably. Thank you!
One question though:
You removed EO, which was a BIG source of damage before (noticeable during fights when it procc'ed).. do I leave it out?

I didn't remove it, it was not allocated in the POB I copied from you? O.o

Yeah don't take it out that brings you up to 17m VDD DPS. after all the changes. Lol.
How would one incorporate a mageblood into this build, got insanely lucky and got one from gwennen

Are those jewels better than Growth and Decay + Fire Walker?

Spoiler

Asking because Decay node gives Multiplier, which is better than Increased.

And how bad is corpse removal for this build? Does it affect anything?

I mean, pick your flasks. xD Granite+Ruby+Topaz+Sapphire is always solid for insane mitigation and res coverage.

Corpse removal stops ignite prolif chains.

What OP said works, don't forget to roll Enkindling Orb 60-70% increased effect + Alchemist's prefix to make them even more insane with literally no downside. You can almost entirely forego elemental resists on gear with that setup if you choose to do so, with each flask giving you 97% res on a perfectly rolled flask and that's on top of the "less [element] damage taken" mod too. Based on my own POB, a "perfect" Sulphur would amount to almost a 14% damage boost if you choose to go that route. Quicksilver and / or Onslaught would be nice for mapping if you're already resistance capped, but Onslaught doesn't really add anything to our DPS other than the nice QOL casting speed bonus. There are also plenty of great suffix mods to choose from, the obvious ones being ailment immunities, but if you're trying to get Alchemist's + a unique one per flask, you may be spamming a lot of Aug / Alts.

Congratulations on winning the game.

How do you imprint fractured items?

Really appreciate this run down, ended up going with this setup.

I must say this takes being a tanky boi to another level as I can literally stand in double beyond harbinger packs and just let aegis carry, the consistent speed boost is similar too if you were to use the stampede unique boot.

Simple answer, you can't. It's not possible to make a beast imprint from a fractured item.

As I crafter myself, I would also recommend a different approach for making a weapon:

If you don't want to get a synthesized base, go with this:

Spoiler
- Buy a weapon with fractured generic Dot Multi (or make one yourself)
- Go Harvest and reroll including fire until high fire dot multi and an open suffix and at least 1 open prefix
- clear prefixes with suffixes cannot be changed + scouring orb
- craft multimod (to protect the suffix), a random low tier Helena %physical damage mod (to block %physical damage from the unveil pool) and suffixes cannot be changed again, then go Betrayal Aisling unveil farming
- try to unveil %Fire damage, if you don't get, scour to clear prefixes again, replace the removed crafted mods and go again until you get it.
- when you go it, remove all crafted mods
- craft cannot roll attack mods
- buy a Harvest augment physical and slam => since attack mods are blocked the only option is +1 to all physical skill gems
- Fill the last suffix with any a craft you want (%fire damage, trigger, attributes or a resist you need for example)

Done - this is how you deterministically craft a fire dot scepter with +1 physical from scratch.
Going with a synthesized base is also possible, but getting double DoT Multi on it is almost impossible since you have to hit them both together just by luck.

Be aware: Crafting on this level is very expensive, if you are a casual player who just want to have fun just buy a random +1 sceptre/wand of the market (or roll one yourself with Harvest/Fossils) with open affixes (or annul to get them) and multimod craft for %fire damage and fire dot multi - done, such a weapon is good enough for all content.
