Elemental Overload seems still not working with Totems, when Elemental Overload is allocated totem damage is down significantly.

Seeing "Login Error: There has been a patch that you need to update to. Please restart Path of Exile." after updating on Steam. Restarted, verified game files, and issue persists. | |

seems you broke steam with this patch, keeps saying i need to dl a patch after i dl patch and start the game and try to login
then it downloads, starts game and repeats saying i need to dl a patch and downloads the same thing, rinse and repeat |
