I vividly remember them saying they would avoid mid league nerfs back in deli league, they are back at it again ^^

There's a difference between a NERF and a bug fix.

Glad this got instantly fixed, any eta on when elemental overload will function correctly? Would really like to get back to my initial build plan that is missing a huge damage multiplier :)

Careful, if they find out it's a huge multiplier they might have to hotfix it out.

This wasnt completely a bug. Its simple maths, thats how % of 0 works... but the issue was they didnt realise you can get 0 mana. If you try this with Blood Mage, which removes your mana, you were never able to do it, so its not a bug!

I'm just gonna leave this here:

This was so obviously a bug a 6 year old could've spotted it.

0 x 0 = 0, is not a bug it's math.

It's an unintended result of a piece of software. It's a bug caused by a math outcome which was not properly accounted for in the code.

Nice joke, what about anyone who made this build and invested into it? How is this a serious thing? The game experience just got ruined for so many people! Well done GGG

Can't tell if sarcastic, but if anyone is making a build that is obviously unintended, that's their own fault.

You should have linked him the list of GGG-approved obviously intended builds so he doesn't make the mistake of doing something creative in the future.
Good work. If this wasn't emergency patched, all bossing would have been dead for the entire league as AFKers smashed the value of all the rewards.

At best it is a design flaw or an oversight, not a bug.

I'm sorry but where exactly is the "bug"? This is an oversight from your side, you did not think about people reducing their mana to 0 and abusing mana reservations being % based. Call it an unintended mechanic, but not a bug.

You have always been able to reserv auras at 0 mana as long as the reservation cost was 0 mana. Simply running 2x 50% reservation auras and adding a herald with 2x 48% rmr rings and an rmr enchant allowed you to cast the herald. The mechanic we are looking at is exactly the same, where the mana cost of the aura is 0.

At what point does nerfing become too aggressive? I mean this wasn't a bug it was perfectly legitimate and the math checks out, it was just an oversight by GGG. But it suddenly became top priority the moment it was brought to their attention? I'm sure there's some creepy sadistic man working for GGG pleasuring himself as he nerfs every slightly op item and build.
