Constant latency spikes and packet loss. + WinMTR

WinMTR: https://pastebin.com/XYefqwgc

Same on Frankfurt, Amsterdam and London. Sometimes my ISP didn't loss any packets, but PoE servers still do.

same, it was good past 2 days now its back again
This is pretty widespread. It's been terrible for me. I don't know why GGG is not acknowledging this. I can't find a single reply to the hundreds of posts here and on reddit about the terrible latency spikes introduced recently.
I also experienced it. ping to gateway server is very fast 18ms, but once we get into the game (instance) it can suddenly spike to 10000 ms or worse.

I have called my ISP but they said nothing's wrong with the network, my connection is via ethernet cable and speedtest to other servers (netflix, youtube, and any other service providers)

Why do you have 1% packet loss and latency spikes up to 75 ms between your PC and ISp router/modem. This shouldn't happend.
Are you by any chance using a WiFi connection ?

If I knew, I would be one step closer to a solution. Today I have been waiting for an answer from them all day, but it seems that they do not want to work.

well then look at these possible fixes -->

1. Check ISP router/modem is using latest firmware.
2. Turn off the router/modem for 30+ minuttes and then turn it on again (trying to do an ISP connection reset this way).
3. move cable to another port in the router/modem (please confirm that no hubs or switches are placed between your pc and the router/modem).
4. If you have a motherboard with more then 1 ethernet port, try using the other one.
5. Change cable to a brand new CAt6 cable.
6. Download and install latest VENDOR versions of the motherboard chipset driver and netcard drivers.
The issue is shared, as recent posts can tell.

Here I have no packet loss between me and my ISP, but a 30% packet loss between my ISP and the game. Same in Paris, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam.

There is a thread dedicated to this issue, lots of person experienced it already but it happens randomly.

I played just fine for whole day today, as soon as i exit game and start again, the lag spike appears.

1. I use ethernet cable, no connection drops in pinging, so it won't be my network.
2. I called my ISP and tell them to troubleshoot and check my connection. They did site visit, network probe and everything and tell me that their connection is fine (yes it is indeed, i can play other games without lags)

Something is very wrong with the server.
I have been experiencing the same issues since yesterday evening (Canada East).

WinMTR results have been posted in my thread. GGG doesnt seem to acknowledge this is an issue
