Some maps have Activation failed

Having the same issue. Tried to put the map into my atlas and fails upon activating.
  Other maps are working fine, including non ravaged blights. |

This seem not specific to Blight ravaged maps, I'm having the same issue with a normal Blighted map (T8 Haunted Mansion), even multiple days later, or after rerolling it with chaos orb

Do not know if that is related but I had this bug while map was "uncompleted" in Atlas. After I run other map of the same type and "Completed" it for Atlas I was able to run blighted map
|

Before putting your map in the map device make sure Maven is turned off, I've had it bug out blighted maps.

Same issue
Tried changing hideout, opening in guild hideout, turning maven on/off, got all bonus objectives compleated on the map, there go my oils |
