PSA: Tier 2 and Tier 3 Scourging seems to unlock at higher item levels

Tier 2 scourging seems to unlock around item level 45. Tier 3 scourging at ~68.

Yeah. I was wondering wtf happened here.
From what i saw you can upgrade to T2+ both dropped or transmuted items. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore

If you hover over the 'i' (crucible - upper left) it does mention total tiers being based upon ilvl.
But fully agree! After announcement stating up to 3 times, felt bad not having this adjustment more transparent. |
