Why Can't I Scourge an Item Past Tier 1?

Yeah, would be nice if that was a bit more visible on the interface if you socket a T1 item thats <45 or a T2 item thats <68(65?)

Well, you do see that the item doesn't get a corruption progress bar when you put it in. But more obvious info won't hurt. Just like, say, the map device warns you when a map is too low level for the Conquerors.
