[3.16] 20M+ Accuracy Stacking Juggernuat Lightning Strike Build Guide

The "budget" PoB (a month into sc sentinel league):

1. Watchers eye, worth 20+ ex
2. Abyss jewels in the Stygian belt (life, accuracy, global crit multi) don't even exist on trade online or offline at all

All that and still seems at that stage it's going to be very squishy.

The build is totally and really viable in 3.18.

Also, keep in mind that this build is low-life. Sometimes you'll get randomly one-shotted and that's just the gist of it. Accept that you're going to sometimes use 2-3 TPs. Depending on your budget the build can feel really annoying and bad. Viable non-the-less.

Here's my PoB for anyone interested. Looks like an average of 40m+ DPS (When standing at the right spot for melee + projectile dmg.)

Just trying this leveling this build and I was wondering if it might be better to follow your PoB or the OP's budget version? I'm pretty new to Marauder builds. Are there any changes you might make for earlier levels/lower budgets?

To be honest, open both PoB (mine and his) and try to figure out what you need most. Just keep in mind that leveling with this build early on is pretty pathetic.

Also, if it can help you navigate through the BiS items to start with;
-Both Replica Last Resort
-Oskarm
-Obscurantis
-Darkness Enthroned
-Atziri's Promise Flask
-Hinekora's with Annoint

I'd say if you can also start with 1 cluster to put at the top of the tree and get a split personality with strength/acc, that's probably going to get rid of any str/int problems you'll be having.

I'd say for the tree, focus on accuracy nodes, path towards top side for the cluster, get the chaos resist nodes near Ghost Dance

Gear, try to max resists, get your chaos to 0 at least and try to get accuracy rings. Other than that, everything else is probably min-maxing.
