Well, you gonna get all its damage passives from DEX part of tree anyway, why care that much? Precision+DEX you gonna get anyway = enough, right? And yes, i also think you need accuracy. Skills that have 2 damage parts are made clear in description: Caustic arrow does, fire trap does, toxic rain etc. Slow down for a minute to enjoy the beauty around us.
