How do masteries work?

I'm not clear on just how they will work. Do we know yet?

When you allocate first notable in the cluster, you can allocate a point in the mastery in that cluster. You pick one of the options. When multiple clusters share the same mastery, the options you already have will be unavailable to allocate again.

So for example, if you allocate Blade of Cunning and then Sword Mastery with Impale chance, then when you allocate Blade Master or Razor's Edge, you will be able to allocate another point in other options, like Frenzy charge gain. But if you allocate both Blade Master and Razor's Edge, you'll be able to allocate just one point in Sword Mastery because they're the same cluster.
Bonuses for no passives then. Excellent. Thanks.

travel until allocate a notable, spend 1 more point to select one mastery from the list

must manually travel between nodes, treshold jewels dont activate masteries
