Another chase unique that's going to get flipped to hell and back this league. I so want to play this with Mjolner. INT stackers lose their shield slot but they could probably make a cheap budget wand work with this too.
I tried the Boom Mace way back in Heist and the cooldown is 20 years on the skill. Otherwise it would be fun. |

This shield is boosted strong for summoner builds in general. Not only Arakaali's even though the spider's would go absolutely HAM with it being able to actually use melee AND poison related gems. Arakaali's Spider as poison was already viable but this makes it amazingly so. Then there are builds who specifically go for as many minions as possible with a shaper claw in the main hand, this boosts them even further.
Having the block chance and a shield equipped with +2 Support Gems (huge with awakened gems) is more than enough for creating a second 6L. This shield is only upsides. |

I have always wanted to find a way to make bitterdream SRS work, however mana costs are so high (it would be tough to get it under 150 per SRS, or about 450 regen needed per second). And SRS are not so great at freezing things.
Same high mana costs, but less casts per second would be skeletons. Maybe the archers for long range freezers: https://pastebin.com/4VEa1NP5 Or an alternate idea: it seems Nycta's lantern with mark of the red covenant will fit the flaming skull theme better. " Yes, Hatred helps, and you can get some nice cold crit SRS damage using ancient skull. The issue with freezing specifically is that the damage comes from many small hits, rather than one big hit.
