So that which version is actually nerfed/buffed? ES or Evasion rating?

With the removal of Perandus from the game as of this patch, what is happening with Perandus Coins? Are they just a waste of space now, with nowhere to use them? Any insight here would be good, as I don't see it in the notes, don't see it when I search, and I don't have time to read 43 pages of replies to see if there's a nugget of info available. Any insight here would be great! Thank you!

RF is buffed, awakened gems for RF is omega buffed. And the general DoT on gear and tree is buffed too. That ascendancy node specifically looks to be used for RF. Lets see how well it plays out.
