We are going from 8 regions to 4, so what will happen with all the uber expensive watchstones for the 4 missing regions? That is what I'm getting at. The previous such announcement was on Jun08 (in 3.14), and only after 7 weeks later 3.15 was launched (Jul 23). So dating from today Sep 27, possible launch date is 06 Nov (6 weeks from now) and can even bite into 13 Nov.
