Ugh some of these comments. No you cant know balance changes weeks before release. Some changes happen hours before release of a new patch. Go read up on things and stop pretending to know things you obviously dont.

I hope you´r right.
But look on some stream (for example Mathil sheeps). What streamer say, that is the law. They read forum, opinions from other players and they have fun of it. Why? Bcs they dont know "whole story"
