Intro
Just some quick things about this build. It is very much a work in progress but I'm taking this league very slowly (as in playing really infrequently and when I do, not for very long). Also, just started playing a new HC Expedition character with a friend of mine so time is gonna be split some with that. I might add updates later with gear changes and Sirus kills when I get around to them but we'll see.

I currently only have about 2 ex invested into this build so it is really cheap.

I don't really recommend leveling with shock nova. I did but I think storm brand or something else might be a little faster. You should be able to switch over to cast on crit setup fairly early on just because with the new "Righteous Providence" it is really easy to come by crit chance.


Some things about this Build

Pros
Steady Damage output
Don't really have to build hard into crit
Can do endgame bosses just fine
Fairly fast
No Cluster Jewels

Cons
Prone to One Shots
Can be relatively squishy
Voltaxic Burst is delayed for initial engagements

Some things about this Build
Notes about the gear quick. The only things you really need in this build is a frenzy charge on hit chest and an elder pair of boots with socketed gems are supported by increased duration for the extra mana multiplier to sustain low life. On that note, keep an eye on your life as you level as you may need to de-level Arrogance support to make sure you stay in the low-life threshold.

I hope you guys enjoy this build, it's a little different but since they buffed shock nova I had to give this a go since I've wanted to play a shock nova build for a while.
