Infernal Cry + Brutality?

If I link my main attack with Brutality, then cast Infernal cry, am I gimping myself? More clearly, am I dealing 0 damage with the fire portion of Infernal Cry?

Brutality Support: "Supported Skills deal (40-59)% more Physical Damage
Supported Skills deal no Elemental Damage"

Infernal Cry: "Exerted Attacks Trigger Combust the first time they deal a Melee Hit"

Combust: "Deals (100-157.5)% of Base Attack Damage
60% of Physical Damage Converted to Fire Damage
This Skill is Triggered by Attacks Exerted by Infernal Cry"

Correct. Brutality causes all linked, supported skills to deal 0 non-physical damage. The 60% physical to fire conversion will still happen, so the link gimps 60% of the damage potential.

Aldones is right but Infernal Cry actually requires its own links so you could for example have

6l heavy strike with brutality paired with 6l infernal cry without brutality and it will function normally without any reduction.

Infernal cry cares what is linked to it, not what is linked to the attack the procced it.

It sounds to me like you're saying he's wrong lol. Why would I ever put Infernal Cry in the same link setup as my main attack?

Assuming my attack and the cry are on two different link setups, will I lose the fire portion of the infernal cry damage due to Brutality support on the main attack link?

I said he's right because he is within the context of what he's saying its just that isn't the usage scenario i think you were going for :p as to why you'd run it in a 6l its because it actually does pretty nutty damage especially now gems got nerfed.
