Because triggered skills now cost mana to cast, does that count as a 'used skill' on each triggered cast?

I can remember getting my first 5 link, i was so hyped. Like real dopamine flowed threw my veins. I can remember starting in SSF and farming "the kings heart" cards for Kaoms chest. Everytime i got one to drop i felt euphoric, i think everyone needs to remember the fun in the game is relative.
