NVM the problem was my mana unreseved , its all good .

This is my first time playing a shockwave cyclone build, was wondering if someone would like to look at my build and give me feedback. I can clear most T16s with ease, which isn't saying much, I know. Still get one shot which is annoying and not able to clear all Maven encounters. 2M effective dps, would love to know where to go next. TIA.
