[3.23] Raskoril's Impale Dancing Dervish Necro

i still dont get how this build summons dervishes with these support minions.
am i missing something that is causing minion kills to count as ours? afaik thats only on a pair of unique gloves.

i see people use cyclone, but im trying to avoid gem-swapping.

edit: nvm - with 2 jars, the anoint is required.

edit2: what are you doing about mana reservation now? we dont have enough efficiency to use all of these auras.

Yes, the minion kills count. You can use two jars without the anoint, but it will make starting the map take longer if your supports can't start clearing and survivability suffers. I haven't updated the guide yet, but instead of allocating Combat Stamnia and taking the now-removed reservation mastery we just replace an abyss jewel with a small armour cluster with Uncompromising. It's a loss of some armour and regen and the abyss jewel, but it frees up two passives which can be used to take hp nodes, the minion damage nodes near spiritual aid, the other jewel socket near Lord of the Dead, etc.

I wonder if something like minimal charges or double damage is going to work.

Yes, they will. The double damage nodes in particular are very powerful for this build because of how impale works.

I wasn't sure if I was going to update the guide after so many nerfs again, but I beat The Feared first try this league so I guess I have to.

do you have updated POB for 3.21? because the flask mastery node no longer has utility gains a charge

I know in your actual guide itself it has life/mana for usage.

just asking for update as it can get confusing with slight inconsistency

I've been really busy IRL and haven't gotten around to updating yet. Utility flask generation just isn't a thing anymore for this version of the build unless you want to go the scion route. We take the life/mana flask charges instead.

I've had a couple people asking about the build, and it is performing VERY well for this league mechanic so I will try to update the guide. I am moving out of state within the next couple weeks so this may be a ways out.

Hey bit of background ....ive only been back in this game 2+ months after many years away....after taking a deaths oath witch to t15 maps i found a foiled dd and made another alt for it using your build as a main outlay. Happy with it i must admit. Thankyou.
Im at the stage where i was saving for that ashes of the stars ammy.
I only have a few div to my name at this stage.....and with the affliction update in a few days (and price rise)....is that ammy still potent? What about the alt gems?..i have all gems in socket and am able to run dread banner/ vaal haste /haste and determination and pride.....no golem enchant yet....in standard.

Im still a little bit noobish to undstand the ramifications of the upcoming changes the affliction patch will do to said gems and ammy
