Black Screen on Startup

The issue is not entirely fixed. Things seemed to be working just fine, and were, but then I went into the Cosmetics tab and switched my mouse cursor over to the new high contrast cursor and the graphics are now freezing again every time the mouse is over monitor 1. And now I have no way of switching the mouse cursor back to the original one in order to (temporarily) fix the problem.

edit: I was able to switch my cursor back to the default one by clicking out onto the desktop of my 2nd monitor and then moving the cursor onto the "Click to Select Cursor" box and clicking as fast as I could. Then I had to do the same thing a second time to actually click on the "X" option to remove any MTX.

I'm also having this bug, running on Windows 7. Only present after the update.

Windows 8.1
Steam Client.

I oculd see that when the mouse cursor hover the game in window mode, it freezes. When the mouse is not hover the game, it works fine, even i could, (alttabbing to obtain the focus without use the mouse) open the options in main screen using the "O" shortcut.

Just got an update and it works now!
