Having issues with the game not working while moused over. While moused over, the game also starts allocating memory until out of memory to allocate.
While my mouse is on my second monitor, the game seems fine, then moving over to the monitor, where I am running windowed borderless, the game stops animating, or animating so slow as to seem to not be animating.
I am running on windows 7.
I have attempted editting the ini file to cap foreground fps to 30 , same as the cap for background fps and no change. Seems to be tied to mouse sampling.

Can you fix the game pls i cant play after the update game fresses if its OPEN but its normal on my small preview window i legit cant get past the log in becasue the title screen is frozen without the game actually being frozen. after the update.

Running fine with Windows 10, PoE client launcher.

PopOS Linux Steam, Black screen no log in, though cursor looks like from the game... its used to work, 1h ago...
