In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

Dang, I would've loved to see the grinding gear cyclone... while we're at spinning stuff already, why not also make a similar mtx for blade vortex? If cat cyclone truly becomes a thing (and that's what it looks like at the moment), then cat blade vortex would be the next logical step. That and cats on critical strike.

Im severely disappointed by the fact that a perandus coin cyclone wasnt an option. That ritual with the perandus coins is fucking amazing.
