I want to double check because this seems inconsistent with how Immortal Ambition treats life/ES recovery because life leech with Immortal Ambition is never treated as Energy Shield leech but is treated as Energy Shield recovery while at full life.

Wording does specify "Recover" where as Immortal Ambition specifies "Recharge and Regeneration", I'll pass this on.
