Community Designed Divination Card - Poll #4
What should the name and flavour text of the card be?

"I picked that also, but because 3. It sounds just like what they did to us by introducing Harvest
Some good, some not so much.
I think temptation is very poorly worded. Why would you ever forego that which you "seek". And why are you "seeking" it if it is at your feet? Perhaps changing "that which you seek" to something along the lines of "your vice". Folly is great. The Oasis is okay, but could be reworded a bit. Perhaps something like "The traveler was so lost in the verdant beauty that she was blind to the dangers surrounding her." The hook is great. The Siren just sounds very dull.
These polls are too deterministic. It would be so much more fun if they were randomly picked with eyes closed with 1% chance of something good happening.

What about:
The Blind - Exalted an item, scared to see whether he ruined it or not |
|
Picked "Temptation" because it pretty much sums up our situation with deterministic crafting/harvest. Now that we've had it at our feet, it's hard to let go.

" This is not how voting works. Each option is single, not combinable with others, so the "Any Unique Watchstone" option wins for having the higher% over the other single options. ... or throw an exalted with your eyes closed, maybe you will have an unexpected surprise! : D |

Petition to rename "The Hook" to "The Jebaited"
"Your grandchildren will awaken screaming in memory of what I utter today!"

What about a poll about harvest?
Why do we only have polls for things that make no difference whatsoever? “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”

" This has been discussed at length already. The poll was flawed. It was much more likely for a Unique watchstone to be selected. It's a shame that even a community item can't be selected without interference. Last edited by Ruffleberg on Mar 17, 2021, 10:03:28 PM
