As for me I won't quit PoE for D2, even though I played D2 for 5 years or so. (Also played D1 and D3.)

PoE is too high quality so no real competition here. Actually PoE is kinda "dream D2" for me, "ideal D2 from the future".

Edit: It was about time. And I won't be beta testing it. But I will buy it and enjoy the crap out of it strictly OFF-LINE with mods and whatnot. I'm fed up with on-line crappy perma beta state piece of shyte games, that demand a 3+ grand equipment in order to decently play them. Seasons, races and stuff can burn for all I care.

And before you go on about party play in PoE, most people played D2 solo too.

Yeaaahh... Im not optimistic. Its Blizzard, I'll wait and see, they will have to do a lot right for me to consider it and the way they absolutely destroyed the design of the paladin assassin and amazon really doesnt make me think they will do this right.
