Is it worth identifying items?

" I did just that, and nearly every single one of your posts mentions Age of Empires Online, so what's your point? |

identify blue items and sell them, you get alteration shards... Turn them into orbs of alteration... Turn those into jewellers orbs, turn those jewellers orbs into orbs of fusing, trade ze orbs of fusing for gem cutters prism's... Yeah i'd say it's worth identifying items :D

"What's the point asking what's my point if you hasn't get the point regard to why i use Age of Empire Online as my example which this game lacks? I doubt you even know the whole point i was trying to make. I mean if a game like Age of empire online able to draw me away from this game where enthusiastic player like myself able to come up with an awesome build with just 1 day of weekend beta game play, I was able to obtained a key without using the easy method through donation and still made a kick ass video presentation, there must be something wrong with this game that need addressing hence I'm still here offering constructive criticism and advice using AoE Online as a comparison. If you want this game to be better, you need to accept the truth instead of challenging me with denials. A big thank you to Gari11 for the beta key! <3 on 4/13/2012

Thanks for the answers. :-) I suppose it's really worth identifying only the items I might be interested in using, and sell the others. When I played on the open weekend, I just never had enough Scrolls of ID and selling identified items did not yield enough value.

" Hey jsnazz, I played Age of Empires Online for months so I have some frame of reference here. I see the two as VERY different games. Just reading this thread [and a small sample of other posts] and how you've reacted to the game, I'd say this game isn't for you. Now, maybe this thread isn't representative of your true feelings, but if it is, there has to come a point where you look at the thing your trying to change and accept it ain't ever gonna be what you want. For what it's worth, I agree the game needs better trading options though - and some are in the pipeline. There has to be a low point where some people stop complaining because it's just not worth it, and I have yet to see it. - Squeakypaw, 2013

I will not sell an unidentified item to a vendor, unless its a chrome. I do that because alterations orbs are extremely usefull.
