The key to getting accurate DPS is in the Configuration screen. Usually what I'll is copy the guide's configuration set up as a baseline and go from there.

The most obvious thing is getting more crit multi on your jewels. The double crit multi - life ones are actually (or were a bit ago) fairly affordable.

Also if you go to the Calcs screen select Storm Brand, and hover over the Crit Chance number. You are over-capped (from a quick glance) if you have your flasks turned on so you could optimize that too.

hi..i tried this build first time this league..i'm on Corrupted soul transition..just my question,in POB,if you use militant faith to get Inner Conviction,it show you can get Melding too on the Life and Energy Shield there,but in game it change to Intolerance of Sin instead..is the POB wrong?

I am happy with my BFBB Raider and will play until the end of the league with it but I'll play this build next league. Just curious about the builds defenses. Is it tanky? And how well does it do with 5ex or less invested in the build?

until you reach MoM transition,it is not tanky..even in MoM,this build is glass cannon,but if you good at running around avoiding stuff,which i'm not,maybe u die less..from my 1st time trying this build this league..

Yeah this is more of a glass cannon style of a build. That is the main defense is a good offense. Which works quite well actually. But yeah if you get hit by something big there is no coming back - so expect to die. BUT probably the BEST defense this build has is you can apply a brand, and then RUN away - don't have to cast, or melee, or anything. Just run and focus on mechanics (while refreshing the brand as needed - which is usually never once you get enough DPS). Once I understood that I started to die a lot less.

I tried simulacrum, it went pretty nice until I reached wave 20.

I couldn't kill a single mob and got melted by a huge horde a monster.. Anybody has some tips for simu with that build?

I did it recently and it was pretty alright - I have Inspired Learning and Cinderswallow which I feel are key. Otherwise just scale DPS and there are a lot of tips for that in the guide. Lately I've been getting more crit multi myself.

Your gear is pretty good! Those rings are sexy! One thing I've found lately is there are a lot of neat corrupted options that aren't that much more - and even with optimal rolls too. Like I found these gloves - and a level 5 Enlighten is really nice and lets me run a 50, a 50, and a 25 reservation aura very comfortably with a four point investment into Sovereignty and no other mana nodes required.
