Put this build together, cost me about 250ex upper bound. Done all content. This build is the definition of a softcore build, you stay alive by chilling, freezing and shattering everything before they can kill you. You don't really have a major source of damage mitigation.

For those staring down the +1 ring for 70+ exalts, you can get ones with +1 power charge implicit circle of fear for much cheaper (look for the herald of ice buff effect), and not have much damage loss.

I also swap quicksilver for an enduring mana flask for serious bossing where I have to sustain channelling, but for mapping the boots enchantment will do just fine.

What do you think of this in the new league? I thought about doing a Storm Call version but, i t seems like you get tons of damage from your trinkets alone, and trinkets like that wont be as easy to do without harvest crafts.

how are we supposed to trust anything you say after seeing that you use conc effect on winter orb, displaying you don't even know what the skill does????
