hope this helps people, but for me this is not the case for harvest not spawning as i had not placed any Titanium watchstones in Haewark Hamlet but i still have have zero harvests.
i have 2 chromium watchstones there, i will remove them and see if it has any effect, but i doubt it. |

Had the same issue, ran 30+ maps in haewark and lex proxima with no harvest drops. Removed watchstones and getting approx 1 in 5 spawns now.

im having the harvest-doesnt-spawn issue with the normie watchstones - so no confirmation from my side - sadge :(
