Texture loading on every zone + constant stuttering.

I have the same Problem. It got better when i removed my /my games/ Path of Exile folder and upgraded my gpu driver, but i still wouldnt call it playable.

I and few my friends simply quit this league beacuse of this texture lags.. I sugest do this same to teach GGG some lesson, we are not BETA testers for future PoE2 options... Its really sad how devs screw us up so hard, they had 1 month+ time to make this league one of the best for now but this is too much clown fiesta...

Hahaha I laughed so hard, because this happens to me all the time, trying to push 100 and I have to play like an absolute snail. I don't even bother with delirium, its like 10x worse!!

By far the worst league in terms of performance ever and its only getting worse with each league !

Not sure if this mattered but the first time I did this, I saved not only my filters but also the production_Config.ini and production_login.credentials file. After starting PoE, configuring some settings and playing a little bit, I copied in the filters the production* files. Maybe copying in the production* files mid-game messed up something? In any case, I deleted My Games\Path of Exile again and this time did not save the production* files. Now the stuttering has mostly disappeared for DirectX; still somewhat present in Vulkan.

I mean i don't know what to say. Been playing the entire day just fine, and at night every instance is a slide show. Good thing I 1 shot all the mobs in this lagfest but my god...this large stuttering that happens at night....every night...since league start....it's pretty bad. I've played for over...4800 hours and never have I ever experienced anything like this with any game i've ever played. That's saying something. It's almost as poorly optimized as the release of Cyberpunk 2077 with period's of play time (mainly throughout the day).

So....useful information...since this is what you guy want...

i7 8700k (OC 5.0ghz) 32gb RAM, 2080 GPU (no its not hardware, tested WoW, SS2, Doom Eternal, Remnant, Stellaris, etc and ZERO stutters period.

Latency always around 30-50 on California Realm and 40-60 on Texas Realm, Enter the map its fine, then it starts to spike my latency super hard when I begin to engage with the game....180...down to 40...back up to 480....down to 20....stop moving after stuff is dead....rocky 30-60 latency with spikes to 150 but not as instant as moving in the game.

Game is running in Vulkan, Locktep, everything maxed out, shadow quality on low, tried DX11 (was worse).

Checked my router, no traffic period. Noone is streaming nothing. And the fact its happening to a large chunk of players in unsettling. Guess time to go watch a movie and come back an hour and a half later.

I laughed so hard >:D I cannot believe how bad this has gotten. I almost feel like it's getting worse as time goes on. Reinstalling does nothing.

okay the game is unplayable. really really dissapointed by this company.

no statement, no patches just pure ignorance

the funny part is not even dynamic resolution keeps my fps from dropping every few seconds. played all past leagues on ultra settings without any such problems whatsoever. now i have everything on ultra low and its no difference.

besides ofc the textures keep loading for ages and invisible mobs pop up everywhere. talkin to invisible npcs all the time.

GOOD JOB GRINDING GEAR GAMES

The only reason I know I kill stuff is when I see loots. 5 fps, 1sec delay, computer 100 degree...
please some transparancy, timeline, etc... instead of ignoring us
