Texture loading on every zone + constant stuttering.

Just a query what resolution is everyone playing at. I'm running PoE at 1440p, but I've dropped down to 1080p and it has made a significant improvement. Instead of going from 80 FPS to 5 FPS. I go from 120 FPS to 25 FPS. It makes it a bit more bearable.

Deleting everything in the My Games/Path of Exile/ folder actually helped resolve the stuttering issue for me. Thanks.
Really feel bad for the people who experience constant crashes though. Hope they are working on this.

This is the first league that's ever run this poorly for me too.

16 gigs of RAM
SSD
RTX 2070 (8GB GDDR6 dedicated RAM)

I've reduced my video settings, tried the --nosync boot option, etc)

League runs like hot dirty trash.

Whatever 'feature' that was please either turn it off or make it optional.

Already tried. This method help only once and only for a little bit, for the first loading time after deleting these files.

But I don't want to play at lower resolution than I CAN play.

Not only did I try deleting everything in this folder... When that did nothing to help I uninstalled, deleted all the left over crap PoE leaves behind including that folder, and then re-installed the game.

No changes.

I have friends who don't have nearly the same issues I have with good but slightly worse setups than I have.. There is literally no reason my 2080 TI and 9900k should not be able to run this game smooth other than GGG screwed something up on their end. Something they did is not working properly for alot of peoples setups and I have noticed alot complaining also use 2080 / 3080 video cards and similar CPU.

Side not my GPU and CPU are both on liquid and overclocked. My GPU being hit to the max never goes aboe 38 - 42C (depending on how cool / hot it is in my home) and my CPU never goes above 40 - 50c. I have tried disabling all OC profiles as well without change.

So far the only way I can even play the game is by using Vulkan but that has its own challenges... I crash using vulkan anywhere from 10min to an hour into playing... Also randomly my FPS will drop to 20 and just stay there for ever until I logout and back in to the game.

Also have problem this league. When I enter a Ritual or there are loads of monsters my graphic card fan spins up to max and `GPU temp increases to over 85c. Never did this before.

980ti, older card but surely should work for PoE?

Besides long loading time for textures I am getting freezez for 1-10 sec after playing for 2-3 hours. And then nothing helps with that. Looks like video related freezes (like my 2070 RTX video card working on 100%).

Turning Vsync ON (Enabled) in game options seemed to help a bit.

Same as above. Slightly dated system but have never seen these texture loading problems prior to 3.13. Windows 7 64-bit, early gen i7, GTX 1060.
