I didn't know they call themselves "visual novels."

I'm old.

I was around long before the concept of "graphic novels" came about. Back then, when they first appeared, they were called "visual novels." If these Japanese works have appropriated that name, that's someone else's concern. :)

"Video Games" are classified as "Interactive Media" in New Zealand. So, yeah, that means that the "You Are Here" Kiosk in the Airport that helps you find the right concourse for your departure gate is now in the same class of product as "Path of Exile."

And, it also means the chance of an Exalt dropping as you wait in line for your "Not-a-Starbucks" coffee is about the same as it is in PoE. :)

John’s penciling with Terry’s inking in X-men starting in the late 70’s was absolutely impeccable. Amazing pair.

John characters, amazing. He really went out of his way to make his subjects look proportional. Not the typical skinny waist huge thighs these new artists draw.
