[UI] First stash tab disappears from list.

Description:
When I navigate to the last tab in my stash list my first tab disappears from the list. If I navigate back to the first tab it will re-appear in the list.

This started happening directly after the stash tab folders and affinities update.

Edit: This appears to only occur at 16:9 resolutions (with any of the three window modes). I have set up affinities but not folders (at all, haven't touched that feature yet).

Edit2: This only occurs in temp leagues (where I have 30 tabs). I was unable to reproduce this bug in perm leagues (30 tabs + ... a lot of remove-only tabs). Changing the state of 'hide remove-only tabs' had no effect.

Maybe relevant:
I believe I have the maximum number of tabs that will fit in the list without scroll bars. EDIT: though now the scroll bar shows up regardless even though it doesn't have much use until the first tab vanishes.

Links to unacknowledged reports of active bugs (that I've tested). Many are minor, a few are not:

• Energy Shield doesn't (always) provide 50% chance to ignore stuns.
• [Game Mechanic?] Mousedown *sometimes* ignored by PoE after clicking on world objects/items
• [UI] Stash text doesn't resize on resolution change.
• [Website][Trade] 'Whisper' message includes unique name for unidentified uniques. "This is intended" broken interaction between two GGG-controlled systems. The inter-system interaction is still broken (intended or not) so I've left it here.

• [Website] 'Down For Maintenance' notification links to self Topic was moved to the 'Feedback and Trash' forum without comment but the issue still exists nearly every maintenance.

I've also noticed that sometimes some of my tab names 'wrap' to the next line (screenshots). This seems to occur (fairly regularly) when I change resolution. I'm unsure if this bug has any effect on the disappearing tab bug but once I did notice that the last tab's wrapped text occupied the new blank space in the tab list.

Seeing the same issue here with the "first" tab disappearing. Don't have the wrapped issue, however.

No, I only have 19, and I still have the same issue

So much for my theory (looks like I'm incorrect about the max number of tabs without scroll bars anyway). Good to know it's not just me in any case. :)

This is occurring in Mayhem too. Same number of total tabs (30).

This is still happening in 3.13.

Additionally, now the stash tab list includes a scroll bar even with just 30 tabs.

As can be seen in the video, the scroll bar is not needed (at least not until encountering this bug when the first tab disappears from the list after after navigating to the last tab).

This is still occurring in 3.14. The unnecessary scrollbar is still present at all times (for me).
