The Stygian Flame Wall Effect

On Saturday I was complaining about that post with the poll for a new skill, because all of those skills are boring and so common. And I said something about I want a flame wall effect maybe, ghost flame, stygian or harbinger... and here it is ... So shut up and take my money i need it for my Burning arrow + Flame wall trickstert... So now i only need another mtx for burning arrow please

Sorry but... Is this a bug when flamewall-effect-around-fireball lingers in the air for a second after fireball explodes?
