Can anyone give me some advice with my build? Honestly I'm feeling like a wet noodle that evaporates instantly when anything higher than a white mob touches me. I'm also taking up to 30-45s fighting white map conquerors with 100+ ex worth of gear.

As far as I can see you have 43% cdr and way to much IAS for that.
You need 52%+ cdr

well, i've just checked your PoB, everything looks solid for damage, but you have 4k ES which is as glass cannon as it gets. Maybe, HH is messing with CDR but still you should do quite good damage with bosses.
If anyone is interested in a more defensive-oriented one, this is my setup. Determination + Grace is a great combo, and probably what makes this better than the CI max block variant. I've got 7 auras + defiance banner + Ghost Dance

As far as I can see you have 43% cdr and way to much IAS for that.

I have +3 to crit gems masteries so Awk CoC gives 31% cdr. I don't know which defense layer I could actually get without butchering my tree.
Hey, so the build feels really good when clearing and feels pretty tanky but the single target damage doesn't feel too good and was wondering what would be the most important thing to get for single target damage, and just general good upgrades that aren't too expensive. Also how are you able to fit all of the auras? I cant seem to get precision to level 20 without running into manna problems.

What changes do you recommend to get my es up? I'd be comfortable with around 6k.
