[PS4] 3.12.3 Patch Notes

Yeah, I don't want to pile on, but enough is enough. I have played this game on PS4 since Synthesis and I have to agree with an earlier poster, each league has gotten a little worse until now, in Heist, the game is crashing about once an hour, almost like clockwork.

I don't understand, with a system that is "closed" as far as hardware and an error, which seems to me, shouldn't be too hard to reproduce, just play the game, this still doesn't get fixed. I am using a stock character, no MTX equipped, and the game still crashes approximately every hour.

How it's not the entire PS4 development teams sole focus in life to fix this issue that makes their game practically unplayable is baffling. People not playing the game = people not conducting MTXs, which is lost revenue, which I am sure you are aware of, but in case that logic isn't clear... no income from the PS4.

Forget it guys, Jeff wont say a word about this before next season starts, they went full Blizzard concerning consoles.

Not sure why they ignore ps4 so bad. Not enough MTX whales on the ps4? Because their fanboys falsely blame Ps4 for the crashes? At this point it is probably better to take the argument to Sony since they are hurting Sony's rep and possibly affecting ps5 sales. Might not be listened to but guarantee you will not be ignored anymore then you are here.

As you can see by the forums we have passion for the game and want it to work.

You can also see the replies are full of people who spend a fortune on the game including myself.

Question is;

Why haven't you responded to us? we need a clear indication of what your doing with the PS4 build, is their any hope in you remedying the problem?

Looking at my badges I haven't purchased any supporter packs this league and it looks like it's going to stay like that and also how dare you still have the store open with the state the game is in.

Why are you guys hiding from this? Sooner or later I can see the gaming press publishing this and it's going to be an embarrassment.

Please give us a response and not a bs one line whole team is working on it.

would love if the game didn't relentlessly crash like 5 times an hour seemingly at random in the middle of anything and everything, I've already lost around 10 uniques from heist thanks to crashing mid heist

It is obviously useless to expect any kind of response from GGG about the relentless crashing of PoE on PS4. I have, like many others spent hundreds of dollars on this game and at this point the game is basically unplayable. Since GGG refuses to acknowledge our complaints about the constant crashing of PoE on console, I suggest going directly to Sony as I have done. Go to the Sony PS4 website and email them directly. Demand that they require GGG to fix this game or remove it from PS4 entirely since GGG is ignoring us maybe Sony will listen if they get enough direct complaints.

Video games are meant to be fun. Right now POE is not fun. Support those who support you. CRASHING 1-2 AN HOUR IS ACTUAL AIDS.

Tsssssk. I WAS a big poe fan before. Now... Not even close. The handle shit tbh. And only care about Mtx sales. I really hoped the would man up and do something, but NO!. I tried many times 2 reach ggg support but i get nothing. I tried loggin on 2day after many days off. Not even 5mins in i crash... By selling stuff fr stash n such.. Now i'v reported em to Sony. and i really hope more ppl will do the same. The got no prob taking ppl money by mTx. But when u try play it... Its just broken, n feels so fucking Scam'ish. Tbh now i dont care about poe, other then i want it removed from psn. The'll NEVER fix it anyway.

If you want to port your game to consoles, TO MAKE MORE MONEY......make shure it freeking works. this is just plain and simple MANURE, and then I'm expressing myself in a verry calm state of mind, in which I'm not.

Doesn't matter what you play, 30 40 minutes in BOOM....crash.

If you go into a Heist you won't even make 30 till 40 minutes

Solutions:

IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE CONSOLE, REMOVE IT FROM CONSOLE !!!
( and give PC trade market, I like that with my morning coffee )

So far this new expansion, which I would like to compare with the yourney of Frodo to Mordor,.............

We need to start a go fund me for a lawyer to start a class action lawsuit for refunds for all console players against GGG and their dysfunctional product. Perhaps then we get some form of insight on a potential “fix”.
