Had the same problem in repository maps. She goes to opposite side of room and not to the lever
Happened twice in Repository |

same issue, she teleports to other side of door and runs to a corner, doesn't go near lever, tried running back to reset her and try again, same issue/bug

Same issue; she enters room on right side of door and lever is on left. She can move towards the lever but doesn't open. Moved down and had her teleport back, tried again, same issue. Left heist and returned, same issue.

Me too, lots of bugs wasting my contracts/ currency... frustrating

Same bug here, i think the lever to open door spawn wrong position so she cant use it,lol
