[3.13] Contagious Burning Discharge - Chieftain/Jugg | Budget to wild - League start friendly
" Thanks, I did that and ended up with 1.1m dps on ignite. Appreciate it. |
|
" That's kinda low btw. Considering you don't have block and under 6k life. You can improve it! |
|
Hm, care to throw suggestions? I am all down for them. And yes, I agree with you. It is low. I got about 10 ex to work with, got a couple of lucky drops.

" My current take on this build looks like this https://pastebin.com/eZLxHhZQ GB, 77-78 max res, 3.3kk dps for big boi bosses, weapon swap for clear. 5.7k Hp is a bit low bc of going for +2 to max res, but you can drop second thread of hope and soul of steel nodes for more hp. Also i think i will just respec EE while not killing big bois cause clear setup struggles a bit (not insta-kill) with rares on t16 with 50% more life and 40% ele res with one tap and who wants to use more than 1 skill on clear?. For map bosses easy press X and discharge for single target dmg. Don't really mind awakened gems if they cost too much, threw them only to see final dps. The only alternate quality which matter is swift affliction on clear setup cause free movespeed. |

" Ignite prolif would mostly be useless once your ignites start traveling, it would only effect a few stragglers. So yes swift affliction would be better. PoB can answer your second question but you would lose about 30% dps even with a very OP one hander and gain some hp and 7 block chance, so I'm not really sure about the survivability. The biggest gain would be CDR for enduring cry, which could potentially save your life a few times. |

So i've been using the replica Embers wake ring and It's a blast!
So much more consistent damage with bossing... Mapping is same, no gain/lost on T16. Ignite DPS without it is about 1.3 million DPS and with replica its 3.0 million DPS. (for me) Your "overall" damage per ignite will show lower... but that's only if you're waiting the entire duration of the normal ignite without procing discharge again. Which is a LOT longer than the 2.16s condensed ignite from replica ember wake. Discharge on 2.0s cooldown means you can reapply a full ignite damage every 2~ seconds. Without it, in order to get the most damage from ignites you have to wait the entire duration until its finished. Which is a waste of time if you can simply reapply a fresh ignite every 2s with discharge. I recommend it. Last edited by PonyGoddess#5705 on Oct 1, 2020, 4:19:21 AM

" Sounds like really opposite thing of consistent. Will you have full endurance charge each 2s? If not? Also you need to cast 3 times more often than without it. Also there is loss in hp regen. Sounds a bit more dangerous than without it. Also in my setup it gives just ~20% more damage. Which is guess doesn't worth it. edit. Also you have 1.2kk with replica and 900k with kaom's sign. Dunno where you've seen 3kk. Also i really wanna OP to add medium cluster jewel with Cooked alive and Blowback into guide somethere cause it give INSANE damage. Even without large cluster it's too OP to skip it. Last edited by KasKyo#3634 on Oct 1, 2020, 5:19:55 AM

" The OP mentioned it a while back and so I tried it. The damage is higher since ignite gets used up in a little over 2s which then you just reapply discharge. I don't hardly ever fall below max endurance charges, or if I rarely do it's only for a second. Health regen doesn't seem to be an issue with how low cooldown the warcry is, it's negligible with 1 less koam's way |
